All of this could be laid at the feet of Jenny McCarthy

So on Long Island, twelve schools are having an epidemic of whooping cough.  You know, one of those things against which kids are supposed to be vaccinated because it can kill them.  Although some articles kind of dance around it, the main reason for the rise in this disease is because parents aren't vaccinating their kids because of the now-debunked, biased report that supposedly linked vaccinations to autism (apparently they'd rather listen to Jenny McCarthy than their physicians).

Now babies are dying because their older siblings aren't vaccinated and are bringing the virus home.

These are the same people that think that bringing mercury filled light bulbs into your house is actually good for the environment.  No independent thought, no thought of the world around them.

And of course they WILL sue when the little ones die... sigh...

But they are making their own choices--problem being that they are putting other people's kids at risk too.

We all got the *(#) vacinnated out of us as kids, without problems. But the tofu, alcohol, marijuana and "oh, look what I can short up my nose" generation suddenly blames vaccines?

The causes are probably more complex than anyone imagines, but to deprive a child of a vaccine that could kill siblings due to the rantings of some plastic laden Hollywood bimbo is just absurb.

Exactly. The big problem is, like the whole environmental movement, this vaccine thing is based on a report by someone with an agenda. The guy who wrote the report about the link between vaccines and autism was paid by the lawyers of someone who was wanting to sue big pharma.

ALso, the generation that is now parents is also part of the 'it has to be someone else's fault' for anything in the world that happens to them.
