Bill?? What bill??

At the same time that Obama is in North Carolina saying that if people love him then they need to help him pass his bill, a Republican Representative from Texas has actually introduced a bill with the same name as the yet unrealized and unintroduced, and unpaid for bill that Obama was calling "The American Jobs Act of 2011".  In the ultimate irony, Representative Gohmert's bill has the purpose of completely repealing the corporate income tax.

This was a brilliant move and as much theater as Obama was (and still is) pulling, since he keeps nattering about something that doesn't exist and never did, despite his waving around a sheaf of papers earlier this week.   But he should keep stumping on this because it would be a good idea to pass this bill.....

Interesting :-) VERY interesting... and yeah, another PASS THIS BILL, and THEN see what it says... I don't think so!

There's even an "AmericanJobsAct" website. Incompetence at its finest. At least Gohmert's bill is only two pages (and it's actually a bill rather than a concept). Pretty easy read too.
