Brigid has a frickin' cool post on lasers (or lazers) over at her place. In the comments, someone mentioned the movie Real Genius and it prompted me to find the below on youtube:

I love Real Genius! It's one of my favs. It contains two of the funniest pranks ever initiated by geeks; turning Kent's head into a microphone (Kent? It's GOD, Kent...) and filling someone's house with popcorn.
Of course, then there's Val Kilmer's classic line, "I was thinking of the immortal words of Socrates, who said... I drank what?"
I may have to go watch that one again now :-)
My favorite line in Real genius was when Val Kilmer says to the prof's daughter "if there's anything i can do for you, or, more to the point, to you, don't hesitate to let me know" She retorts with "can you drive a 6" spike into solid oak with your penis?" he says "Not right now"
Here, in fact, it is!!

How about: "Is it the dream when you're dressed in Sun God robes, standing on a pyramid, surrounded by naked women throwing little pickles? Why am I the only one who has that dream?"
One of my favorite nerd movies.
